今次係我整咁多次麵包以黎最最最有心機的一次, 以前我見個麵團一chi手,我就加手粉,今次點都吾加,原來真係搓耐d就吾chi手, 我一路搓一路諗,原來我之前係咁加粉真係錯哂,今次比我平時係搓耐左好多. 之前成日吾明,雖然個包好鬆軟.但點解次次焗完都有麵粉味,個面好硬,我仲諗係咪個爐溫有問題, 睇左好多整麵包的討論,又有貓友wing wing 小詠的提點.今次比我成功左了, 無麵粉味,到最後發酵時仲可以拉到薄膜.(雖然吾係好叻,不過比起之前我一拉就分開2件已好好了) 學左wing wing 入左爐之後2分鐘先加蛋汁,可能我塗得吾平均,整到有"2種色"咁, 不過... 好味 *v*

係啦, 下次記得黎勒, 哈哈, 係呀, 個圍邊呢, 簡單咁講你聽先, 首先焗一塊長方形既蛋糕, 大約9x12吋啦, 跟住打橫切開3份, 每塊大約3x12吋, 塗上果醬, 跟住3塊疊起痴埋佢, 好似三文治咁, 跟住再打直切一條條, 咁每一條就會有由3塊拼埋既邊, 跟住再0係3塊邊與3塊邊之間再塗果醬, 再圍邊就ok勒, 唔明再問我, 或者遲d見面再傾丫^^
